Our April meeting will be held in the Observatory Library on 8th April at 7:00 p.m. The committee has reviewed our constitution which will need to be approved by members. To do that we must pass a resolution at a short special meeting which we will hold at 7pm before our April talk. Members have been e-mailed both the old constitution and new draft document and comments have been requested to be sent to the secretary before 3rd April.
Our talk starts immediately after the special meeting.
Our speaker this month is local historian and author of “Yes! we have no Bananas” Lorna Quinn.
She will be talking about White’s Mill in Tandragee the home of White’s Porridge Oats that has been manufacturing the product since 1841.
